Flash Developer, NYC
My client is looking for talented, energetic and enthusiastic individuals who aspire to be leaders in the software development industry. They are seeking a talented Flash developer for a full-time position.
The qualified applicant will show high aptitude in the following areas, but not limited to:
1. Must be able to write clean and re-usable code and use existing code in packages when available.
2. Must have good understanding of how flash renders graphics (should know what pixel fonts are and how to use them correctly).
3. Can animate using both Tweens and ActionScript.
4. Familiar with OOP and AS2 a plus.
5. Familiar with speed and size optimization in flash.
6. Would be helpful to know: XML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS.
7. Design skills a plus but not necessary.
This position is full time and on-site in New York City. Candidates must be tri-state (NY, NJ, CT) residents and be authorized to work in the USA (Citizen/GC holder)
