dynamic movieclip conversion

At runtime, i need to convert a jpeg image along with a button in to a movie clip.... can anyone ... help me...please....

Could you explain more clearly what you are trying to do? Can you not turn the .jpg into a button that simply activates the _mc you need with an on(click) event?
