Help in making an HTML page pre-loader!

Hi!
I will like to get some help please in making an HTML-page pre-loader please!

I want a "loading..." or precents "100%" masage while it loading my all HTML-page.

Is there any way to do it?
I know they are flash's pre-loaders the load other flash file.
but is there a way to load HTML-page please?
