Playing a movie clip base on bytesloaded from an mp3

hi guys. im new here... i would like to ask for help regarding scripting...

i have a movie clip animation but i only want it to play after it loads 10% of the mp3...

can anyone help me pls...

simple psuedo..

if(loaded 10% of mp3)
movieclip = play
else
movieclip = pause
