how do you open a pop up window using the FS command

I did try the tutorials pal.........
they contain pop up windiws using javascript,............... all of'em
i heard the FS command is simpler

I find fscommand to be both buggy and patchily supported and all it does is aim you at some javascript anyway - use getURL(javascript:... like the site says :D
