Good people are hard to find - recruitment help needed.

Hi All,

I'm currently trying to recruit a new Flash Artist/Designer and Flash Developer to join our team here at fish in a bottle (www.fishinabottle.com). I've put a few adverts out on various sites including one here on ActionScript.org. I was wondering if anyone had any advise on where else i should be advertising to attract the right kind of people?
