Hi Folks,
seems to be a simple question about talking to a colorfield in a MC which is set on frame 2 and does not react.
Please download .fla-file to see what happens. I would appreciate a fast reaction, as I am in the last states of my project and still have to do lots of stuff.

You can't set the color right away when in frame 1 because the "color" clip isn't in frame 1. To fix this, either place the "color" clip in the first frame or have the clip go to frame 2 then set the color.
Hope it helps.

Sorry, I already know that. But I have to find a way to talk to frame 2. The MC needs to be in frame 2. The Button will be started from the main timeline. So the Button needs to give the information to frame 2 in the MC.
What I need is a solution how to achieve that.

In your file you ask this question, "Question: How can I tell him to set the color imidiatly? There are later several colors to choose from."
What do you mean by "him"?

I'm still not sure what you're trying to accomplish. I attached a file that might provide a solution.
Hope it helps. Good luck.
