Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic single- and multi-player Flash based games from conception through to development, QA, and release.
- Push the limitations of MM Flash Player to run advanced and complex games that are optimized to ensure minimal CPU usage.
- Optimize existing Flash based games to ensure minimal CPU usage.

Qualifications:
- Avid Gamer with 3+ years of Flash Game Development experience. Experience with multi-user game is a plus.
- Advanced object oriented ActionScript 1.0/2.0 programming skills.
- Diploma/Degree in software development or equivalent experience.
- Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced and friendly environment as well as demonstrate the ability to work well with others and with minimal supervision.
- Must have a portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and unit testing of Flash based Internet applications and games, utilizing object oriented ActionScript & PHP programming.
- Ensuring that best-practices are followed and that code is optimized in order to ensure that applications are operating as efficiently as possible on a high traffic website.
- Participating in the software development process from design to release.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in developing internet applications and Flash based games utilizing Flash, PHP, CSS and XML – experience working with high traffic websites preferred.
- 3+ years of development experience with Macromedia Flash, including object oriented ActionScript 1 and ActionScript 2. Experience with multi-use environments preferred.
- Experience with AlienBrain Studio or other source control (e.g. CVS) software.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, quick learner with very strong technical aptitude and the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.
