Tracing Effect

I saw a tutorial or demo movie on this a while back, but now I can't find it. Any suggestions? I'm looking to replicate the effect of the outline of the girl being drawn, followed by the photo of her fading in:

Yeah! You were right, it's an AS1.0 vs AS2.0 issue... It works with AS1.0.
