How can I create a falling paper effect??

In Flash MX, trying to figure out how to make it look like a sheet of paper floating/falling onto a surface, curling and twisting. I don't have any examples of what I'm trying to achieve, but similar to curl of pages turning. We want it to look in perspective, like from the side. Should I create shapes in other software and tween them in flash? Not sure how to create this effect. Thanks for any input. :confused:

If this is what you're looking for, I've made a bit of paper that floats down from the sky, falling reolistically using COS, PI and a bit of RANDOM.
