After Effects Red Speed: Can you make it for me?

Hello,

Is anyone willing to make me a 3 second looping-background (600x400 would be great) using After Effects Red Speed.ffx and export it as a swf? If possible, try to find a nice combo between file size and quality.

Feel free (if you want) to put your name on it so that you know I can't take credit for it. I want to play around with it a little.

Sorry if this over steps the bounds, but I figure it wouldn't take more than 3 minutes for someone to make it and export.
