I'm trying to skin a window to no avail here. It seems to always have a solid line right under the title bar that cannot be overlapped or for some reason just isnt adapting correctly. Attached an example file along wiht an attempted new rectborder to make it float but nothing seems to work.
Can someone provide some input as to what might be going on?
