Scroll Bar Component

I am working on a Flash website with a dynamic text field in Scene two. I have gotten the scroll bar and the text field to work just fine, but when I click the "home" link (set to navigate to the home page "scene 1), the scroll bar component from scene 2 is there.

I have no idea what I need to do to my action script to prevent this, eliminate this....help!:confused:
