Button thats goes forward and backwards

It started simple enough (I bet thats what every beginner says!)and now I'm stuck. I've enclosed the file but basically I have a book that flips onto a new page when u press flip. That works fine but I would like to give the viewer a option to back flip, this is where I become stuck.

Please could someone help me before I go bold!
