ok, so i have this clock i made with help of someone here giving me seperate variables, thanx!
but when i publish it and view it in browser (lossless png for the graphic properties and 100% jpg quality for publishing)
it looks bad with bits looking misplaced slightly...

I can't see a problem, here's a pic of the screen I got, not bad quality.
But then again, I don't know what you had in mind.

yeh it's the break in the white highlight's and otherplaces that i mean, like in the read area..

looks ok for me. maybe you fixd it up a bit. there is a lil line and change, but visually i expect it with the box or glassy box over it.
wait, i see it. upper right. the lower right looks good though.

yeh i dun get it, it changes every time you refresh, it's just kinda anoying to me cos i didn't spend ages designing it for it to be crook:( lol and some peoples looks fine, *sigh*

Well simply add some kind of background in flash, just make a filled area situated where you have a problem with it.
Then make sure it's not looking silly in HTML view.
Simple just crack on :D
