I would like to stop this from showing up in my output window: Generator is not enabled for this movie. Can anyone tell me how to turn this off or enable generator so i can stop seeing this everytime I test??

your getting it every time your test? hmmm. i only get it when i have a syntax error. maybe some one will know, and enlighten us both.

I got the same message with a syntax error not long ago, and I also noticed that for one of the messages that's all I got (ei; no syntax error message). When the error was cleared up the message didn't happen - sorry, can't remember what it is.

Maybe you could use "Check Syntax" in your actionscript box for all your bits of code.
