new IE flash observation ?

I am using IE 6.0 sp2 and recently I have noticed that when I use flash on my web page, I have to click the flash movie in order for it work. Does any one know what's going on? Is this some new IE security feature? :confused:

yeah it sucks huh. although it's not just IE. I think pretty much all browsers use this now.
