ad size?

Im trying to find out if there are any standard sizes that flash/gif banner ads are made at.

I'm trying to save space for some ads on my site and need to know sizes that people probably ALREADY have stuff designed for. I don't want to make people have to design special sizes for my site. (make it as easy as possible to get money from advertisers):D

I think im mostly interested in the ones on the side of the page.. you know the tall skinny ones.

standard sizes for sides/columns of sites are 120px, some goto 125 but we stick to 120 to be safe,

mostly on sides you'd see 120x600, 120x120, 120x240..
