Pls help me for creating a E- magazine

I have a new project in my office-( E-magazine project), like Bakmagazine.com.
I want to create a e-zine by using acionscript.
So please anybody help me for proceeding it.
I want to flip a page by using MAsk.
Is this possible.
Add ur valuable comments and scripts for that.
