Sound Library?

Where is my sound library? I think I'm looking in the right place, but it's not here. I'm looking under Windows > Other Panels > Common Libraries, and in there is only Buttons, Classes, and Learning Interactions. No sound library. I got the program from Studio MX, so it's legit, and I have tried reinstalling and its not there as an install option. Where's my sound library?

To my knowledge that common library is only in the MX only version... Gone in MX2004 and Flash 8.
