preview flash 8 in flash 7

I wondered is it possible to preview a flash 8 movie with a flash 7 plugin in flash.. as I would like to know what it would like.
when i have tried changinig it to flash 7 in publish settings and then going to preview all you get are errors

When I recently did a site in flash 8 but previewed it on a computer with out the coorect pluginI notice that all the writing disappeared and to the casual viewer ... it might look like a faulty site

it does look the bees knees.. but being such a beginner I ma not sure I quite understand

do i put this code in my swf just before the preloader ...

I am confused .. because... I could not see code to site redirect ..
