So, here's the story... I said to my girlfriend that any stupid website could get tons of hits, simply because people are bored all the time.

Yea....I have no idea how you have 700k hits already. My site has been up for over a year, and we got real content and haven't gotten that many hit.

Anyway if you want to bump your numbers, simply link a graphic or swf file to your signiture. Every time a page if view here, it make any hit (or just fudge the results in the db).

Good luck with the "menage a trois" that always seems to make relationships better....

I dunno, the numbers climb really really fast. I refresh the screen and it's like 2000 hits have appeared. It's not inconcievable that it's a robot doing it, or that it's just a script that counts up independent of hits, but still.

your right, every 1 sec, they seem to jump around 75-150 hits.
