Does this lag on your computer? Advice?

The FPS is set to 20. The real-time FPS displays in the upper left corner of the movie...it's dark so you have to highlight it. I've tried a plethora of tweaks and things, but to no avail.

There's so much going on...please let me know how I can minimize the lag/size of frames.

background is really choppy. Could definately be better.

any suggestions on how to make it less choppy? it's just a vector graphic masking a gradient...but it seems to slow the crap out of everything...

its really choppy. it that the way you animated it or is that because its lagging?

I'm trying to find out if what I have there can be fixed or I just can't have as much stuff going on.
