Hosting Plans

Can anybody suggest some good hosting plans out there?

Only thing I require is phpMyAdmin and reliable speeds.

I checked out the BlackSun banner ad on this site, but at $20 a month and $35 start-up fee, it doesn't seem like that great of a deal... not to mention that they support FrontPage extensions, but not Dreamweaver. Bah!

I'd be glad to pm you my affilate link to the site I host with. I absolutely love them and they are cheap with no set fees and you pay monthly (not yearly) so if you decide to switch, you won't loose any money.
