I don't mean to brag, but just a word of advice: if you wish anyone to take you seriously you should try using a normal language and a non-anonymous email address.

I for one would never accept any job from a person that uses 'plz' in their employee requirement. Using such a harash 'lingo' usually indicates a teenager who thinks that saving three letters from a word sounds 'l33t' and 'cool', and noone wants to do business with children.

Again, didn't mean to offend you, but you should really take a better approach - you will have much more serious developers contacting you.
