Things like tiles, vectors, some physics, art based engines vs tiles engines, go to and stop scrooling vs copy bitmaps scrooling, high score lists, game ideas, showcases, pathfinding in art based, how to rotate a isometric world, and help and ask for help in some problems that may happen

Well... Those might be the ones that are used often in the game, but not all the time... You can still discuss them in ActionScript 1.0/2.0 forums, if you ask me... ;)
as CyanBlue sad it's all covered by the other forums
there is also no extra forum for Demo,Symulation,TextEditor,PicGallery ....
the forum will/is reorganized and will get a new interface
wich (if i am not wrong) will make it easy to make such cosmetyc aprovements

sure those topics can be and are covered in the AS 2 forums, but it would be nice to have such focus- It would also help localize relevant topics for the 27-a-week "How do I liek make my charcter, he's like the pwnage, not fall through the floor?"- which is far broader than simple ActionScript scope and falls into the conceptual category. Yeah, so I really second Incrue's motion, it'd be liek uber-sweet.

When I first got here I must have made the biggest stink about having a game forum, and the response was the same as above: Basically, most of your questions will be specific enough to be discussed directly in the MX or AS2.0 forums (especially considering that answers would vary depending on Flash platform), or games could be available to be tested in the site check area. It took little time for me to understand what they meant. A lot of game related questions get answered here on a daily basis.
As long as you are very specific in your request (and your request isn't something answered already in a basic tutorial), people will be glad to help. Posting fla's is also a plus. Secondly, folks are more apt to help if your game appears to be in your skill set. Basically, you want a game request to say "I'm having trouble using the localToGlobal function with my movieClip on Frame 10. Here's the code...", or "what's the simplest way to determine an angle of my bullet..." rather than "This is my first game ever, how do I make my character carjack and run over old ladies with cops chasing him? Pls supply code".
You get the idea.

Both ways to look at this are equally true. Especially when you're beginning with Flash and your main goal is games it's a bit hard to see the forest through the trees (or whatever's the right translation to English), but that's equally true for all the other aspects.
The basic conclusion the last time was that the extra comfort for beginning Flash game developers didn't make up for the extra effort required to make the extra forum since it overlaps to much with the current forums.
For those completely clueless, Billy T's tutorial is am excellent place to start. Hardly any prior knowledge required and it takes little time :

It covers the basics. From there on it's up to your imagination. When the scripting fails you can just ask in any of the relevant forums (or search first, because most likely the question has been asked and answered already, although maybe in a slightly different form).
For those who are more into the step by step approach, there are some good books on the topic. When you really want to get into game design, also read other articles / books on the subject because most gameplay related knowledge is applyable on games no matter what you use to make it.
