how to terminate a windowswf

if i start a windowswf and closse it whit the tinylitle X on the topright
it's closse the window but opening it agein and i have the same state of it
so it's not realy clossed just "minimized"

i need to Closse it ! (for debuging) so i every time need to restart the IDE
