hi guys!
I currently have 2 positions open on my team for flash programers, i need full time people, unfortunatly i cannot use freelance at this time. if any body is interested send me your info and resume via email.

i am looking for an advance actionscripter and also for another flash expert illustrator or animator. So spread the word i would like to be able to hire someone from thsi community.

ADVANCED ACTIONSCRIPT PROGRAMMER
Location: Weston, Florida
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create scored interactive online learning activities
• Build templates for new products
• Troubleshoot scripting in interactive activities
• Work with instructional designers to make sure templates and interactives are effective for teaching the skill
• Assist all teams in miscellaneous projects
• Ability to multi-task and meet needs of new projects that arise
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Thorough experience with dynamic, interactive content in Flash MX / Flash MX 2004 Pro
• Ability to multi-task w/ minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities
• Expert knowledge of Action Scripting
• Successful track record of optimization techniques with Flash
• Experience using XML
• Proficient in creating code that is clean, efficient and easy to update.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work well as a part of a team
• Some experience creating online learning activities or games a plus
• Awareness of the educational market and its trends
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Requires strong knowledge of educational theories.
• At least 4+ years with Flash ActionScipting. Requires advanced ActionScripting skills as well as experience using XML.
