Help needed, to modify flash player 8, security and performance issues

I need a modified ”flash player 8” that accepts running .php files locally. Basically making a “modified flash player 8” to use the same security settings that is in “flash player 7”

Also that the modified “flash player” is optimized for high performance movies. And utilises the graphic card/computer hardware more efficiently if possible.

I´m going to use it to play “big movies” and want the best results graphically and speed. Were not going to use it on the “internet”.

i woud say this is the wrong forum for such a task !

aslong i know there is a FREE C++ sorce from MM
not sure if it's alowed to alter it !!!
(it can by you are alove to use BUT NOT to alter)

if you are not alowed to alter it the hole player woud need to by rewriten
wich woud probably by impossible whit out violating patents (or paying for patents)
rewriting the player woud cost
i coud by wrong but from the complexiti of it
i woud say 10000$ upward (not included patent payment)
and woud take months
by super advanced programers (so i think it woud by more in the range of 50000$)

And utilises the graphic card/computer hardware more efficiently if possible.

as MM doesn't implemented this till now it's not an easy task
and they have staffs whit 100's of advanced programer !


if it's aloved to alter the sorce it still woud needs an advanced C++ programer
and a couple of days (and probably a couple of months to get it bug free)

so if you have a couple of 1000's bucks

search for an advanced C++ programer
