flash 8 file upload stopped working, 403 error

i have a couple of fla's that use the FileReference from flash 8 to upload files. For some reason they are no longer working. i am getting an error 403 wich is "The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.

i am asuming that this might have been folder permission but they are fine"777"

Has anyone else had this problem?

Created a seprate html form and this works fine. I have no idea whats going wrong were.
