There are many video to flash softwares, such as Flash Video MX, flix and so on.

i guess you need a console version. they are very expensive as i know. not one thousand dollars.

btw http://vidflash.com is a new site for online conversion

With Sothink SWF Quicker (http://www.sothink.com/product/swfquicker/index.htm), you can create Flash Video with the highest quality and no worry about the platform, or the format, or whether your friends will be able to see your show.

And... a variety of file formats can be imported depending on your system. They are AVI, MPEG, WMV/ASF, MOV/QT, RM/RMVB, VOB, MP4, 3GP, DivX/XviD, etc.

i know that this company geovid.com had such console versions to build in your site for online conversion. but i don't see it now. i guess they don't sell it anymore... don't know why! anyway you can write a letter to their tech support and ask them about it.
