What is 'runtime'?

Does the term runtime mean that the file is on the server and up and running?

Also in Flash MX, when you pull a scroll bar out of the component window and associate it with a text box, how do you control how much you see of the text your controlling...are there other ways besides masking?

can't you just resize the text box?

the text size scales with the change:(

dont scale the text box, double click on it to get inside and then resize by dragging the box down the bottom right
