It feels a little claustrophobic to me. If you brought your top menu up a little you could space things out a little more so they're not all butting up against each other. Also, your preloader font is a serif font while the rest of the site is sans-serif, which makes the serif font stand out in an unattractive way. Also the preloader's text field is selectable... I was confused for a second when my cursor turned to a typing cursor over that area, then saw after clicking some menu's that that was where your preloader text is. And I wasn't a fan of how the thumbnails fade to black on rollover... near black is okay, but I still want to be able to see the image my mouse is over.
Also, your up/down arrows for the text fields in your about and services sections weren't working for me. The "services" scrolling text field was fairly short and cut off the bottom of a sentance, and wouldn't scroll down to reveal the rest.
It also might be a good idea to center your flash movie in the browser, as it is currently in the upper-left corner leaving a lot of dead-space below and right.
Sorry for all of the crits, but that's what this section is for :p . I think a couple of changes and it will be polished and perfect!

Thank you for your input anticonner. I had another user think the scroller wasnt working. You actually have to drag the arrow up or down. humm....
I suppose I need to say that on the button???
I will most likely fix the preloader font, because it does look kinda tacky and out of place.
Thanks again for the crits, much appreciated!

I'm going to focus soley on the design here. can barely see the buttons for navigation. Its way too dark all around. That is something that needs attention or you will have a lot of viewers turning away.

This has been said before, but I see it hasn't been fixed yet, so I'll be the one to say it again: Fix the way the thumbnails fade to transparent on rollover. Why would something disappear and turn into a number when I want to see it closer? Completely confusing.
The selectable invisible text also bothered me the same way it bothered anticonnor.
The "Website best viewed in Flash 8 or newer. Please click to download." text in 0000EE Blue on top of black? Tsk, tsk, tsk. I would've that a design agency would know better :)
Don't think I'm too picky here, but what do glowing footprints in the night sand have to do with Montello? Is it trying to say something specific? Or was it just cheap stock photography that conveniently fills up negative space?
And with the scrollbar thing: You absolutely NEED to have it scroll by the buttons as well as by dragging. If you try to rewrite the book on how scrollbars work, you'll fail; Everyone knows how they work, and when they don't work the way people expect them, it fails. If you have to put a chunk of text that says "You must drag this, not click it." then it gets an F for usability. People need to be able to use something familiar like a scrollbar without getting instructions.
And now the disclaimer that everyone says: Don't take offense. I just critique designers much harder than non-designers because I think we have a responsibility to the non-designing world to create great stuff with purpose, not mediocre stuff that merely gets the job done.
Good luck with all the changes!
