Hai all
We have a component by name User List , it has a provision to view organization chart. Chart represents the hierarchy of organization with details like User name, Designation and mail id. This component lists only currently logged user details. If u are the current user and clicking on icon, you can see chart highlighting u’r position in the chart.
At present it is HTML display. Now they want to introduce flash and as and when userlogins it should update. Data should be fetched from DB à ASPà FLASH.
They know about Swift generator, Generator of macromedia. But they doesn’t work for specifications we are looking for. If using 3rd party controls we should go for purchase and see that they are installed along with the product.
Take u’r own time to find alternative (if possible). If alternative is Active Scripting then will it be more advanced. As concerned person is not very familiar with Advanced active scripting.
