banner, not a site

i just got a job at a company called apollo interactive, which does internet marketing for large companies.

i just made this banner here....

(i hope that this server goes outside the intranet here)

I custom made a component for text effects, that works great with monospace fonts. I also made a component for the cursor effect.

so those are real easy to accomplish after this.

anyway, what do you think of the banner itself.

btw, i learned while i worked on this that AmEx has all kinds of crazy rules about spacing and what you can and can't do with their logo haha, its crazy!
