It worked fine before I uploaded it. Now it takes forever to load. What can I do? Thanks!

It's not too bad loading in Firefox. Probably just IE. Did you compress movie, decrease gif sizes, jpeg quality, etc?

Is there a way to do that in flash itself or will I have to take the images out, lower quality, etc, then bring them back in? And what about the videos? I'm not entirely sure how to compress them.
