How to scroll the text in Textarea automatically?

I want to scroll the text in the Textarea automatically depending on some time slot.
this should work in IE5.5 and Netscape6.x browsers

please help me..

There is extension which scrolls text automatically when you aply it on your text.
Go and check macromedia site, and maybe you'll find something even better.
