Preloader problem

Please help,

I have two frames in my movie. The firs one is preloader, and the socond is the actual movie.

I've discovered the problem but i dont know how to solve it :)
The first frame is much bigger then the second one, but it has only few kilobytes (preloader), and that is the reason that my preloader starts at 90%.
Obviously, the bytes from the second frame are somehow shown like they are in the first.

Question:
Is there any way to put the bytes where they belong?
Why is this happening, am I doing something wrong?

try spreading them out over a few frames with some blank ones in between.
