cd presentation + database

Dear sir,


I am making CD presentation for one jewellery - shop - in flash 5. I have to give them facility of add to cart & view cart.If they are connected to net through email - order can be placed. Sir I am in delima whether to go for database - i.e user has to install first OR for array object which stores my 2000 product.... or I dont know what I should do as neither of them is familiar to me. It would be great help if u can guide me for the same.I cannot use trational scripts available like thro CGI or ASP etc. as things are to be done locally.
please help me urgently

Check the site section called software/cd rom. There is some tools like "Flash Command Line Tool". Then you can browse your CD localy, read and/or write txt files (on HDD) where you can stock your datas and load them again if you write the files according to the SWF protocol varname1=varvalue1&varname2=varvalue2&...).
