Mpeg movies in flash 4

I'd like to know if it's possible to import mpeg movies into flash 4.. I currently have a button with a *get url* linked to a mpeg, which brings the mpeg up in windows meadia player\ quicktime, but what I would like is to have the mpeg appear in a box within the flash movie it's self.. is this possible, and if so, how would I go about it?

Post Script: The flash movie is for to run on my hard drive, rather than a website, so load time etc is not really an object...

mpeg is not allowed to b imported in any of flash versions but MX
but u can convert it to *.mov and import it to a fla movie, export the movie to a Bmp sequence, re import the bmp again to a new flash movie and chose the first bmp, and click yes to the box that flash asks u to.
then u can export it to swf, and load it to where ever u want.
