-is navigation clear and understandable?
-does it run correct?

why is this site even in flash?

I can understand the kind of effect your trying to achieve, fast, clean, text based, etc. But if your going to make the effort to do it in flash then you really should think about adding a few flash goodies in there for the user. Flash does not have to be fast and furious.

The site :

1) I really think (unless you have plans for it) that your swf should be embeded in the center of the screen.

2) Just a little color ?

3) Make the main buttons on the left, need to look more like buttons, bigger 'hit' area / visible 'over' state ?

4) Try and make the transition form subject to subject a little interesting (i.e) - answer vilehelm's question.

5) Usability is good, nothing dissapears, the user never really confused (apart form the fact that your never quite sure whether you've moved onto the next area, becuase all that has changed is the text).

6) Text for me was a little hard to read.

7) Loading times were good !

Obviously you had your reason for designing the site like that, i am for more 'controlled' flash, but not that controlled ! Over all, nice, easy to use, clean site - with one main focus, (the text box).

Hope this helped (obviously you can ignore this if you think, what the hell is this B*stard going on about).

just a few things. i think you should make the scrollable text un-selectable, because when i was playing around with it in the bonus section i found a little bug. If you select the text and then put the cursor over the scrollbar the cursur stays as a text cursor and doesn't go back to a pointer. Another thing is that if you go to the news section first, which has scrollable text, then you go to the bonus section, which doesnt have enough text to scroll, you can move the scrollbar's slider ( maybe you want this, i'm just saying what i saw). One last thing is that it might be nice to have the cursor change to a hand when it's over the slider or the buttons on the scrollbar, just so people know that they can interact with it, seeing as there is no colour to easily distinguish it as a scrollbar.

yes, it should be centered, i´ll do.
*the buttons on the left: yes, u´r right, should be more consistent to the "top" buttons...i´ll think about how i get it right, grafically.
*u´r right, when u say, changing content has to be made clear. Showing the result of an action clearly.
*the "blindtext" is hard to read. is it hard to read because the font is to little or the contrast between black and white makes ur eyes tired, when u try to read the text?
*uuuh boy, i simply forgot to stick a "button" inside the scrollerMC!
*why so "boring"? in this case, i wanted to ride on one idea only. it might be a mistake, future development of the site and the methods will show, u might say, u could have that easily in HTML...but i try to experiment and make experiences on a thing that flash can do also- being just clear to the audience and show nice methods.
u get it right, i´m normally bored of mouse-followers, intros and that stuff...but i like girls, the sun and the sea, too (teebee´s smiling).

hi, fizzik.
i wanted to have text to be copy and pasted in a text-editor. but...it´s somekind of cryptic. u have to use the right mouse and -select all- -copy- then u can paste the text in a text-editor. in HTML it´s much more comfortable...did i do something wrong?...o.k. i should offer a pdf dokument for downloading.
