E-mail greetings card

I'm doing a site that needs to include one of those 'e-mail a personalised greetings card' thingys. Yes, cheesy, I know - but does anyone know of any tutorials that cover this sorta fing or even any cool examples?

Ok Dude,
Here's the URL of a similar sort of thing. You build the card, choosing from drop down menus and a selection of pictures, backgrounds, etc. then it e-mails it to your chums.
I'm not too worried about doing draggable items etc., just afraid there may be a lot of backend stuff (eek!) and asp stuff (double eek!) involved.
