Sound Quality loss

Sometimes when I test a movie I find that a good sound (mp3) plays like it was recorded inside a can. What do I do to fix this.

Check your Publish Settings. File>Publish Settings

Under the Flash tab, there are audio settings that can be changed. Try increasing the bitrate to a higher number.
