I have a client who is claiming the Online video link for his web site is not working http://www.ricoequipment.com/

Can you guys check the web site and the Online Video link and let me know if it plays ok for you?

its playing just fine :D

although they have to allow popups, can't just open it in a new window... i'll laugh really hard if thats why they cant see it...

Actually they can see it, it just isn't playing for them. I suspect theres a problem with there internal network which is preventing them from seeing anything. I'll let you know for sure.:)
