Layers + Timeline

1) Does the number of layers affect the flash-movie in any way?

2) What's the difference between the two motion tweens in my .jpg example? (they look different)

There is probably some upper limit to how many layers you can actually have in your movie. It's high number I am sure.

As for item #2, I have seen this time and time again. It does not seem to effect playback. I think rather it's some kind of graphic display bug in flash. I never worry about it. I would like to know why it does this though!

Maybe somebody knows. :)

I use alot of layers in a project right now because I was to lazy to organize the whole thing from the beginning. I asked just to see if I would earn something(except greater overview) if I organized them now.

I had a feeling about that. But as you said, I want to know why.
