Yes.

Without knowing exactly how they built it, you can see the logical architecture when you first load the site. The top navigation, the two fighter timeline interfaces, the clock at the bottom, and the dynamic center placeholder for content are probably built into seperate files, with their own assets, then combined with layers and tweens to create the stacking order and movement.

Just speculation. Oh, and this card is less than impressive IMO...
