Best Publish Settings?

I am in search of peoples best recommended Publish Settings to get the smallest file size while maintaining as much of the quality as possible....I am after that little sweet spot, the best of both worlds, as they say....

No such thing, my friend! The only way to squeeze every possible byte is to go through every symbol in the Library and tweak them individually. Play with JPG compression settings; sound compression settings; smooth/simplify Flash shapes.
