Animation 3D and links

I would like to know if I can do a 3D animation in Flash because I think it's not possible. I need to know how can I do a 3D animation with an object that have a different active zones at the same time turns it on.

You can go to http://www.flashplanet.com there's a tutorial how to create 3D stuff's in Flash:)
