flash to mpg. ?

I wnat to export my fla and turn it into a mpg. I exported as an avi and brought it into permiere and then exported from there into a mpg. but the resolution sucks. anyone know of another way? possibly easier and beter quality?

well just to keep you all updated...
I tried doing it in quicktime pro as well, and i must say I will never use that program again, upon opening it everything on my screen started pulsing and my cursor disappeared. it roally screwed my machine. and yet it dosen't have a mpg. format to export to.

so just in case any one was interested in quick time, i say STAY AWAY.

Ehmm.... I have encountered this problem before.

If you want the mpeg to out put to VCD format... Then you can use Nero Burn version 5> to out put your avi to VCD format... from there, it will automatically convert you avi to mpeg then from mpeg to VCD.

If you just want it to be mpeg... I think you should use Premiere to export it to avi one more time... THen use the avi which is exported by premiere to convert it to Mpeg...
