Stage size and coordinates

I've made the stage 2000 wide by 630. I have a background graphic that scrolls horizontally depending on clicks that is 5000 by 630.

Everytime I publish or test, the graphic appears offset to the left by about 50 or so pixels despite having the graphic at 0,0.

Any ideas?

ok, here's a sample. It's not my actual file, but even this simple test is getting the same results.

I just want to see the complete, left-hand side of my graphic which is aligned to 0,0 using the top left corner.

All the movements work fine except whatever is causing the offset of the background graphic.
